Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on each client's unique mental health needs.

• Provide intensive counseling and psychotherapy services, employing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing.

• Perform regular mental status examinations, identifying and documenting changes in the client's psychological state, and adjusting treatment plans accordingly.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other support staff, to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions, offering support and guidance during emergency situations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying updated with the latest mental health research and therapeutic methodologies.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and interpersonal issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
