Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience. New hires will receive a sign-on bonus of $3,000, in addition to potential bonuses for bringing in new clients and a healthcare stipend for full-time counselors who meet specific criteria. Our recruitment team is also available to discuss part-time options if desired.
