Responsibilities:

• Supervising production to ensure timely delivery and quality standards adherence by:
• Leading performance planning using Continuous Improvement
• Providing effective training and ensuring Associates understand production policies and procedures.
• Setting clear expectations and achieving departmental goals.
• Monitoring performance metrics (reject rate, FPY, etc).
• Implementing continuous improvement strategies.
• Maintaining a clean, safe work environment in production areas.
• Training Associates to meet quality, safety, and productivity targets.
• Adhering to SOP's, QWI's, QSP's, etc.
• Contributing to cost reduction efforts and operational efficiency improvements through projects.
• Handling additional responsibilities to enhance Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Development.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• 3 years of Manufacturing Experience
• 1 year of leadership experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English
• Preferably from an automotive background

Work Environment:

• Office Environment for 4 hours daily
• Manufacturing Environment for 4 hours daily
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• About 20 minutes of bending per day

Hazards:

Equipment, hot melt, heptane, reactivator, paint, forklift/tugger, and conveyors
