Whitecap Search is hiring a Lead BD Consultant to drive growth across our Professional Services division in New York City.

This is a senior sales role for someone who knows how to win business, expand accounts, and consistently generate revenue—with leadership visibility and a path into management.

What You’ll Do

• Drive new client acquisition and account expansion.
• Build relationships across Finance, Accounting, and Operations leaders.
• Partner with recruiting teams to fill roles and maximize revenue.
• Play a key role in market growth strategy.

Who You Are

• 8+ years in staffing sales.
• Proven track record of $500K+ annual billings.
• Strong client relationships and closing ability.
