SENIOR COOK (FULL TIME)

Location: BOA – 1550 Merrill Lynch Drive, Pennington, NJ 08534 Schedule: Full time, Monday – Friday, 6:30 am – 3:00 pm (details upon interview) Pay: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour Job Summary Prepares food to ensure it is nutritious and properly flavored, in accordance with federal, state, local, and company standards, guidelines and regulations. Supports the Food Service Director in overall food service operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities May oversee the cooking activities of food service associates as assigned. Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes. Operate and clean equipment after each use; perform scheduled routine cleaning. Store, label, and date food items according to policy; maintain organized storage of dry goods, refrigerated, and frozen products. Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply. Comply with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures. Assist the Food Service Director in maintaining accurate daily production records and completing required documentation, reports, and logs. Assist in the cross‑training of employees. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
