Schedule: Monday to Friday

This Massachusetts telehealth therapist role is ideal for licensed professionals who want to provide high-quality mental health services in a remote setting. You will work with clients through secure online sessions while maintaining clinical professionalism, documentation standards, and a consistent weekday schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Provide virtual therapy services to clients located in Massachusetts
Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Support clients using ethical and evidence-informed counseling practices
Complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain a confidential, respectful, and professional online care experience

Requirements

Must hold an active Massachusetts license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
Experience in therapy, counseling, or clinical social work
Comfortable working in a telehealth / remote setting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to provide consistent, client-centered care
