Part-Time: 20-25 Hours/Week | Opportunity to Grow Full-Time Compensation: $30-$35/Hour DOE Real Estate Operations Manager / Executive Assistant Betten Group | Henderson, Nevada Part-Time: 20-25 Hours/Week | Opportunity to Grow Full-Time Compensation: $30-$35/Hour DOE About the Opportunity Betten Group is seeking an exceptional, highly organized and proactive individual to become a trusted right hand across our real estate investment, property management, brokerage and development activities in Henderson and the Las Vegas Valley. This is not simply a traditional administrative assistant position. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, anticipates problems, can prepare leases, contracts, follows through without constant supervision and enjoys creating order within a dynamic entrepreneurial environment. The position will initially be approximately 20-25 hours per week. For an exceptional candidate, our intention is for the role to grow into a full-time position within approximately 2-3 months, with increased responsibilities and compensation. What You'll Help Manage Property Management & Real Estate Investments Help coordinate day-to-day operations of a residential rental portfolio, including tenant communication, maintenance requests, vendor scheduling, lease and renewal administration, property inspections and record keeping. Real Estate Brokerage Operations Assist with listings and transactions, coordinate photographers, inspections and vendors, organize documents, track deadlines and help ensure transactions progress smoothly. Development & Construction Administration Assist with administrative coordination of residential development and construction projects, including proposals, invoices, schedules, vendors, documentation and project follow-up. Executive Support & Organization Help manage calendars, correspondence, documents, research, follow-ups and priorities while developing systems that keep important items from falling through the cracks. This person will also periodically need to visit properties throughout Henderson and the Las Vegas Valley, making local availability important. Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, trustworthy, intelligent, resourceful and comfortable working independently. You should be someone who doesn't simply identify a problem—you instinctively begin figuring out how to solve it. Strong communication skills and good judgment are essential. You'll interact with tenants, clients, Realtors, contractors, vendors, lenders and other professionals and will occasionally handle confidential business and financial information. Experience in real estate, property management, transaction coordination, executive assistance, construction administration or business operations is strongly preferred but not mandatory for an exceptional candidate. Nevada real estate/property management experience is a plus. What Success Looks Like We don't want someone who needs to ask what to do next throughout the day. We're looking for someone who can eventually receive a call about a maintenance problem, coordinate the appropriate vendor, schedule access, communicate with the tenant, follow through on completion and provide an update—without requiring the principal to manage every step. The objective is to progressively give this person ownership over entire categories of responsibility as trust and experience grow. Schedule & Compensation The position will begin at approximately 20-25 hours per week, with some scheduling flexibility. Starting compensation: $30-$35/hour, depending upon experience and qualifications. Following a successful 3-6 month introductory period, there is an opportunity for the position to develop into a 40-hour/week operations role with increased compensation and potential performance-based incentives.
