NOW HIRING: Business Development Coordinator (Gaming Partnerships)
Are you an experienced Contracts Administrator, Paralegal, or Project Coordinator with a passion for the gaming/entertainment industry? I am looking for a sharp, detail-oriented professional to join the team supporting partnerships and licensing for a major, world-class gaming studio in Redmond, WA!
This is a premier contract opportunity to manage high-impact operational workflows and support the full lifecycle of partnership contracts.
Pay Rate: $58.63/hour (40 hours/week, no OT) Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, Tue/Wed/Thu) ️ Start Date: Strict June 2026 start (Must be available to start this month) Extension: Highly likely
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting senior BD managers in executing and managing gaming partnership contracts.
- Managing operational workflows, including supplier setup and partner payment requests via finance tools.
- Executing NDAs and maintaining vital licensing rights/DLC trackers.
- Processing and triaging incoming external partnership proposals.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Contract Administration, or as a Paralegal.
- Strong experience managing, tracking, and/or negotiating legal contracts within the Gaming or Entertainment industries.
- Comfort interfacing with Finance and Legal teams on time-sensitive deals.
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and proficiency with contract systems and SharePoint.
