Lead readiness activities for future market expansion opportunities Identify operational requirements and coordinate launch plans Track readiness milestones and manage risks and dependencies Ensure successful market readiness and implementation Develop, implement, and improve operational playbooks, governance processes, readiness assessments, launch procedures, and best practices Collaborate cross-functionally to drive business plans, remove obstacles, and meet performance standards Partner with market stakeholders to understand local requirements and coordinate localization efforts Balance global standards with market-specific operational needs Incorporate global learnings and stakeholder feedback into operational improvements Coordinate operational development and support scalable growth of Data Ventures products and capabilities Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area, OR 5 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area 1 year's supervisory experience Proven expertise leading complex operations and project management initiatives Experience managing multiple work streams, operational transformations, and/or global large-scale organizational change Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable business recommendations Experience driving process improvements and enhancing business efficiency through innovative solutions Ability to cultivate trust-based relationships and advocate for partners respectfully and collaboratively Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities Comfort working in ambiguous environments and creating structure, shared accountability, and momentum Commitment to high standards of integrity and ethical conduct Must comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace and no-tolerance policy regarding illegal drugs and alcohol on the job Demonstrates expertise in leading operational readiness activities and project management initiatives, with a strong focus on process improvements and cross-functional collaboration to drive business efficiency and scalability.
