Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps Support annual and long-range planning Manage portfolio and launch-planning processes Support KPI framework development and validation, benchmarking, parity assessments, analysis, and recommendations Coordinate leadership offsites and cross-functional planning activities Support recurring leadership operating mechanisms Analyze data and business trends to develop actionable recommendations aligned with organizational objectives Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support business goals and operational excellence Provide strategic planning, portfolio management, and executive decision support Partner across teams to align priorities and manage strategic initiatives Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area Strong analytical skills, including reviewing data, identifying trends, and summarizing key findings Experience supporting strategic planning, business operations, program management, or related work Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to track priorities, timelines, and follow-up actions Clear written and verbal communication skills Experience preparing presentations, reports, and leadership updates Ability to collaborate across teams and support planning sessions, meetings, and recurring business reviews Preferred: Supervising Associates Preferred: Master's in Economics Preferred: Project Management Professional certification Demonstrates expertise in strategic planning, portfolio management, and data analysis to drive organizational objectives.
