Schedule Night shift, 12 hours, 3 days a week. Must be willing to work given shifts; block schedules are not available. Job Description We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a high acuity floor specializing in surgical trauma. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar specialty and demonstrate strong clinical skills and abilities to manage surgical patients, including those with gunshot wounds and spinal cord injuries. Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to surgical trauma patients. Monitor patients' conditions and maintain detailed records. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Participate in patient handoffs during shift changes with nursing and admission staff. Maintain a patient-to-nurse ratio of 5:1. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active RN licensure required. BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
