The Mission Translate Medevolve's RCM intelligence into quantified business outcomes that close deals and remove technical friction from prospect evaluations. What You'll Do Design customized demos that connect denial patterns and AR bottlenecks to specific platform capabilities using prospect data. Conduct discovery sessions to map EHR environments, RCM workflows, and integration requirements; document findings in technical assessments. Build custom benchmark analyses and ROI models that quantify gaps between prospect performance and industry standards. Lead live data walk-throughs using prospect datasets to demonstrate how the platform identifies actionable insights and workflow improvements. Design and manage proof-of-concept engagements end-to-end, including scoping, success criteria, and executive readouts. Advise on EHR integration pathways (SFTP/HL7, RPA workflows, FHIR APIs) based on prospect technology stack and IT maturity. Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires with technically accurate, compelling content developed with Product and Engineering. Serve as technical point of contact during trials and sandbox evaluations to ensure prospects operationalize the platform meaningfully. Build and maintain reusable assets: analytics templates, ROI calculators, and persona-specific use cases for consistent buyer experiences. Equip Account Executives with technical talking points, competitive differentiators, and objection-handling frameworks tailored to EHR environments. Surface recurring technical objections, integration gaps, and feature requests to Product and Engineering with supporting deal context. Represent Medevolve at healthcare conferences (MGMA, HIMSS, HBMA, AAOE) with technical booth presence and speaking sessions. What We're Looking For Must-haves 3-5+ years in Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Pre-Sales Technical Specialist role in healthcare IT or SaaS. Deep, hands-on knowledge of healthcare RCM workflows: claims submission, denial management, AR follow-up, payment posting. Hands-on experience with at least one major EHR or practice management system: Epic, Cerner, Meditech, AdvancedMD, Athenahealth. Proven ability to design and deliver compelling, customized demos to clinical, operational, and C-suite audiences. Strong command of healthcare data standards: HL7 v2.x, FHIR R4, X12 EDI 837/835, and integration patterns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills translating complex technical concepts into clear business value narratives. Comfort operating in fast-moving, PE-backed software sales with multiple concurrent deals and shifting priorities. Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent healthcare IT experience). Nice-to-haves Experience designing or troubleshooting RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) in healthcare RCM contexts. Prior exposure to AI/ML-powered revenue cycle solutions or intelligent automation platforms. Working knowledge of HIPAA/HITECH compliance and healthcare data security standards (HITRUST, state privacy laws). Track record of building ROI models and total cost of ownership analyses that directly supported deal closures. Experience responding to enterprise-level RFPs and navigating structured vendor evaluations. Who you are You understand EHR integrations and RCM workflows deeply enough to speak credibly with both IT teams and revenue cycle leaders. You build narratives around prospect pain, not just feature lists. You operate as a true deal co-owner alongside Account Executives, contributing to strategy and removing blockers. You bring order to complex environments by translating messy prospect data into clear, actionable plans. You document edge cases and test integration scenarios during POCs before handing off to Customer Success. You push back on timelines when technical validation work is incomplete. You measure what works and iterate based on data, not habit.
