Account Management Associate

Why this role exists:  This is an entry-level, on-site position that supports customer relationships, account service, retention, and account development. The role is designed for a people-oriented candidate who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and communicating directly with others.

This is a hands-on, in-person position. This is not a remote position. Team members work on site and should be comfortable with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, clients, attendees, community members, partners, and/or coworkers depending on the assignment.

A typical day may include:

1. Meet and communicate with customers in person

2. Coordinate requests and resolve routine account needs

3. Maintain accurate account activity and follow-up

4. Support relationship-building and account growth initiatives
