An Iconic Chicago-based restaurant group is seeking a polished Restaurant Manager for one of its distinguished locations. We have been delivering exceptional experiences for our guests for over thirty years and have been a leader in the hospitality market, being known for great food and service. We have a variety of beautiful venues and have entered into a growth phase. Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years as a Manager in an upscale mid to high-volume restaurant
A polished and professional presentation
A team builder and hands-on leader that fosters a feeling of being valued for the team
Understanding of delivering financial results
A NEVER SAY NO approach to guest satisfaction
High energy and outgoing personality
Passion for hospitality and delivering a great experience to evey guest
Uncompromising in standards and never looking for short-cuts
A coach, teacher and mentor for those around you

Restaurant Manager Compensation:

Strong competitive base salary
Attainable bonus based of performance metrics paid quarterly
