Key Responsibilities:- List and sell residential real estate properties using live-connection leads.

- Commit to client success and maintain top-tier service ratings.
- Live Connections: Receive a steady flow of tangible showing leads monthly. These are live consumers eager to view properties, often on the same day.
- Production Coaching: Partner with dedicated leadership immediately after onboarding to accelerate your integration and master your sales tactics.
- Full Transaction Support: Access robust administrative support and transaction coordination, allowing you to focus on your clients instead of paperwork.

- Active Virginia Real Estate License (Required): All candidates must possess an active license prior to joining.
