PROPOSAL COORDINATOR

Marketing CoordinatorReports to: Marketing ManagerFLSA Status: Full-Time, Salaried ExemptNormal Working Hours – Office Hours: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through FridayPosition Objective: Responsible for coordinating a variety of marketing tasks, campaigns, events, and deliverables with a focus on project proposals.Responsibilities• Create and prepare appealing and informational proposals• Generate and update interview and marketing presentations• Maintain job progress documentation, including photos, facts and figures• Produce and update team resumes and project sheets• Partner with Joeris teams to win contracts and produce strategic growth• Develop creative materials that promote the Joeris brand and client loyalty• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to gather accurate project and company data• Update corporate social media channels through regular postings• Create employee newsletters• Develop advertisements and brochure layouts• Perform company website updates• Develop and prepare events catered to clients and employees needs• Create recruiting materials, employee, event, and jobsite photography• Perform additional marketing and administrative tasks at the direction of the Marketing Manager• Assist Business Development• Additional duties as requiredQualifications• Bachelor's Degree with coursework in Business and Marketing• Industry experience preferred• Experience with or training in graphic design, layout, video production, and editing• First Aid/AED/CPR certification preferredSkills• Proficiency in the use of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), as well as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Prezi• Excellent written and oral communication skills• Critical and creative thinking• Technical and thoughtful writing• Ability to speak, read, understand, and write in English
