As an agent you would be an employee of the agency and therefore you would not have expenses, such as paying for an office, an assistant or for lead generation. You will: Develop and grow a personal book of business through referrals, networking, and strategic community engagement. Conduct needs-based insurance consultations across auto, home, life, umbrella, and commercial. Deliver tailored protection strategies using access to a broad panel of top-rated carriers. Prospect and identify opportunities through structured outreach and relationship-building. Maintain disciplined follow-up and accurate documentation within CRM and sales technology platforms. Continuously elevate your sales process, closing skills, and client experience standards. This is an outside sales role with structured in-office collaboration and flexibility to manage your time effectively between field, office, and remote work.
