Insurance Defense Litigator: Medical Malpractice Focus

Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney Seeking an Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join their growing team. The firm is highly regarded for its work in Civil Litigation and Medical Malpractice Defense. Role Overview The Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney will manage cases throughout the full litigation lifecycle, including drafting pleadings and motions, conducting depositions, handling legal research, analyzing case law, and preparing for trial. This individual will also represent clients at hearings, court appearances, and trial proceedings while working collaboratively with a dynamic and experienced legal team. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Law applicable to insurance defense litigation Interest in medical malpractice/healthcare law a plus Proficiency in drafting Motions and other legal documents Experience with Depositions and conducting witness examinations Skills in handling Trials, including case preparation and courtroom representation Understanding of Courts procedures and legal protocols Strong analytical, research, and negotiation skills Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active bar license in Pennsylvania (Required), New Jersey (Preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards Salary/Benefits: Salary Range: $80K-$120K 401(k) with discretionary bonus Medical,Dental,Vision Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts Life Insurance andShort & Long Term Disability Insurance Paid Time Off- Vacation, Firm & Floating Holidays Referral Program
