Qualifications:
- Experience with front office tasks; answering phones, scheduling, etc.
- Prepares necessary patient paperwork prior to patient’s appointment.
- Identifies and collects co-pays/deductibles based on insurance eligibility
- Knowledgeable about computers and basic programs such as Word, Outlook, Excels.
- Ability to maintain effective and organized environment to ensure timely patient flow.
- Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette.
- Attention to detail.
