ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As an Insurance Account Services Representative for Blair Todd State Farm, you are essential to our daily operations and to helping our customers succeed. You’ll deliver outstanding customer experiences through responsive service, accurate administrative support, and proactive communication.

In addition to handling customer requests, you will identify opportunities to quote and bind policies when appropriate—using your product knowledge and follow-up skills to match customers with the right coverage. Your attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and genuine desire to help people will make you a great fit for our team.

 
You improve the lives of our customers by strengthening relationships, anticipating needs, and promoting relevant State Farm products while providing amazing service.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals 
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service & sales experience preferred.
• Ability to adapt and learn
• Property & Casualty license
