You will develop detailed knowledge of financial products and the sales process. Using that knowledge base you will take a sales-mined consultative approach to educating prospects on their financial options. Responsibilities Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing and sales goals. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Qualifications Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty along with Life/Health & Annuities licenses prior to start date. Analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
