In this role, you will assemble products and components using hand and power tools while ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production process.ResponsibilitiesAssemble products according to specifications and work instructionsSafely operate hand tools and power toolsInspect completed products for quality and accuracyFollow production schedules and meet daily goalsMaintain a clean and organized work areaAdhere to all safety procedures and company policiesReport defects, shortages, or equipment issues to supervisorsQualificationsPrevious assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not requiredAbility to use hand and power toolsStrong attention to detail and qualityGood manual dexterity and mechanical aptitudeAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbsReliable attendance and strong work ethicJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Williamsport, PA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $12.50 - $12.50/hr.
