Salary and Hours Hourly Wage: $20 - $33 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Job Overview Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up.
