Build high‑integrity piping systems that power industry

Join a team committed to precision, safety, and craftsmanship. In this role, you’ll deliver X‑ray quality welds on complex commercial and industrial piping systems while advancing your mastery of materials and processes.

Your impact

Apply GTAW and SMAW to produce code‑level, X‑ray quality welds in all positions.
Work across 1/2” to 24” pipe, schedule 10–160, including carbon steel, stainless, and exotic metals.
Translate ISOs, P&IDs, and welding symbols into flawless fit-up and execution.
Prepare joints: clamp, hold, tack, grind, and bolt components to precise configurations.
Install and test piping, supports, valves, and related equipment to meet project plans and specifications.
Own your craftsmanship—stamp, paint, or label welds with proper identification.

What success looks like

Pass a 6G weld test and consistently deliver clean beads across multiple positions and materials.
Communicate clearly with teammates, supervisors, and clients to keep work flowing smoothly.
Demonstrate unwavering commitment to safety and PPE: safety glasses, face masks, gloves, work boots, and harnesses as required.
Travel to job sites and flex for overtime to meet critical milestones.

Qualifications

3–7 years of pipe welding experience; high school diploma/GED.
Comfort with welding symbols plus strong blueprint, ISO, and P&ID reading skills.
Hands-on with pipe threaders, burning torches, grinders, porta‑band saws, chain falls, and standard hand tools.
Experience with forklifts and high‑reach equipment.
OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10); proficient tape measure use; solid blueprint reading.

Physical requirements

Lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
Use hands to handle, control, and feel tools and components in accordance with procedure.
Perform repetitive motions typical of fit-up and welding.
