Weekend Shift - TIG Welders – Opportunity in Newark, DE

Adecco is hiring a TIG Welder for an exciting 18-month assignment with the potential for conversion based on business needs. This is a great opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology in a clean, safety-focused manufacturing environment.

Position Details:

• Location: Newark, DE

• Type: 18-month assignment (potential to convert)

• Pay: $25–$28/hour (based on experience + 15% differential) - $1500 signing bonus

• Available Schedules:

  • Weekend - Friday - Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (30 minute lunch)

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret detailed work instructions and blueprints

• Perform TIG, stick, and MIG welding in multiple positions

• Operate welding equipment, hoists, and shop tools

• Follow all safety protocols and maintain equipment

• Fabricate components for solid oxide fuel cell generators

What You Bring:

• Must have welding experience - a weld test will be given

• At least 1 year of TIG welding experience (DC, AC, pulsed), plus stick and Oxy-Acetylene welding

• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

• Welding certification is a plus

• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with shop equipment

• High school diploma or GED required

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
