Practice Coordinator

Supporting healthcare providers remotely, the full-time Practice Coordinator will manage patient scheduling, facilitate telehealth visits, and perform essential administrative tasks to enhance patient care coordination. Key Responsibilities: Schedule, reschedule, and confirm virtual patient appointments while managing provider calendars Initiate and troubleshoot telehealth visits, guiding patients through virtual check-in and technology setup Collect member consents, verify insurance benefits, and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) Required Qualifications: Prior experience in administrative roles, virtual assistance, or telehealth support preferred Oncology experience preferred Proficiency with EHR systems and telehealth platforms Compassionate, patient-centric approach with a commitment to high-quality care Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
