The role involves managing a full caseload of personal injury matters, from intake through resolution, including litigation, negotiation, and client representation. Key Eligibility Criteria 3-5 years of personal injury litigation experience Active New Jersey (NJ) Bar admission in good standing Strong negotiation, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills Experience handling all phases of litigation independently Excellent client communication and case management abilities Responsibilities & Scope of Work Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery demands/responses Conduct depositions and represent clients at mediations, arbitrations, and trials Communicate directly with clients to provide case updates and guidance Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management Base Pay Range: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year Additional Compensation: Performance-based incentives Benefits: Comprehensive package including Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance, and 401(k) #J-18808-Ljbffr Stealth (Well-established Law Firm)
