Dietary AideThe Health Services Dining team at Givens Aldersgate, a nonprofit continuing care retirement community, is hiring for part-time Dietary Aides. Weekend availability is required. This is a meaningful and vital position where you positively impact the lives of our residents, visitors, and fellow team members every day. And NO LATE NIGHTS means you will have more quality time to maintain a balanced life.Hours & Availability:Weekdays: 7:00 a to 3:30 p + Rotating WeekendsWeekdays: 3:30 p to 8:00 p + Rotating WeekendsWhat you'll do:Organize and set up dining areas for serviceKeep the dining room cleanReset the dining room after serviceAssist in carryout meals as necessaryProvide excellent meal service to residents and their guestsHandle and operate equipment in the assigned areaPerform any other duties and/or tasks on an as-needed basis requested by an authorized supervisorAdded plus if the candidate has experience:Knowledge of standards for food handling and preparationWaiting tablesInteracting with older adultsCompensation is $15.00 - $17.00 per hour based on background and experience, plus our comprehensive benefits package!Still curious about what Givens is all about?
