Job Title

2nd Shift: 3:00pm - 1:00am Monday-Thursday

Starting wage: $17.50 - $19.00 hourly, plus $1.25/hour shift differential, with opportunity to grow

Role Overview and Responsibilities

Assemble products according to work instructions and process documentation.

Wind coils and perform basic assembly operations.

Count wire turns and inspect work for accuracy.

Perform basic soldering and meet workmanship standards.

Use microscopes and testing equipment with assistance.

Heat shrink tubing and complete simple varnish processes.

Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.

Package and label finished products.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

Learn and develop new production skills through training.

Cross-train in additional work areas as needed.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to read and follow written instructions.

Good attention to detail and quality.

Basic hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Willingness to learn and accept coaching.

Ability to stand, sit, or perform repetitive tasks during the shift.

Strong attendance and reliability.

Ability to learn multiple processes and adapt to changing priorities.

Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Positive attitude and willingness to support production needs.

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality requirements.

Ability to follow work instructions and standard operating procedures.

Demonstrated teamwork and leadership potential.

Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.

Ability to train others or assist new operators is a plus.
