In this role you will execute, optimize, and manage our digital marketing ecosystem, focusing on performance marketing and retention strategies. You will be the primary operator across our core platforms, ensuring every dollar spent maximizes high‑quality customer acquisition and long‑term subscription retention. Responsibilities Channel Execution & Optimization – Media Buying: Manage daily operations of paid social (Meta, TikTok) and search (Google) accounts, setting up campaigns, managing bids, and monitoring performance against CAC and ROAS targets. A/B Testing Implementation: Execute rigorous split‑testing protocols for ad copy, creative assets, and landing page elements to incrementally improve conversion rates. Performance Monitoring & Analysis – Data Integrity: Ensure all tracking (UTMs, pixels, server‑side events) is functioning correctly to maintain data accuracy across Shopify and GA4. Weekly Reporting: Aggregate data from multiple sources to create performance snapshots, identify trends, and surface optimization opportunities to leadership. Cohort Analysis: Monitor subscription cohort health, focusing on drop‑off points in the first 90 days of the subscriber journey. Creative & Content Coordination – Creative Briefing: Translate performance data into actionable briefs for the creative team, identifying winning hooks and visual styles and requesting iterations based on evidence. Copywriting: Draft compelling, brand‑aligned copy for ads, email subject lines, and SMS alerts that drive action while maintaining our unique brand voice. Professional Qualifications Experience: 3–5 years of direct experience in digital marketing for a D2C/consumer brand, with a track record of working within a subscription‑based business model. Technical Mastery: Hands‑on proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok. Familiarity with subscription apps such as Recharge, Skio, or Stay is highly advantageous. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data; comfortable with Google Analytics 4 and attribution platforms (e.g., Triple Whale, Northbeam). Execution‑Minded: Enjoys the technical details of campaign setup and the craft of digital marketing. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): Maintaining efficiency across paid channels. Churn Rate: Improving retention through optimized lifecycle messaging. LTV (6‑Month & 12‑Month): Increasing the projected value of acquired customers. Conversion Rate (CR): Optimizing the path to purchase for first‑time subscribers.
