Applicants must: be punctual have reliable transportation have two years of upscale dining experience cook vegetables with care and meats to proper temperatures be self motivated with saute and pantry The application process consists of both a standard interview and a working interview/stage. Requirements 2+ years of experience preparing and cooking food, six months in a similar position. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, loud environment and can stand for up to nine hours. Have no problem bending, squatting and lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Culinary degree is preferred. ServeSafe certification is preferred. Catering experience is beneficial.
