Positions available in Fountain Inn, SC on First shift working Monday through Friday 7am-3 pm Starting wage is $20.05/hour Annual performance review with potential pay increase Quarterly bonus on top of base pay Full-time with benefits include: 401(k) with up to 6% matching, Life, Health, Vision and Dental Insurance, Employee Assistance Program, Employee discount programs All eligible candidates MUST pass the following pre-employment screenings before they can be hired to Caterpillar: Background Screening Drug Screening Post-Offer Medical Questionnaire - clearance from Corporate Medical Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Utilizing material handling equipment, primarily push carts Perform material handling and warehousing functions Order filling, processing, storing/ picking of parts, materials, equipment and supplies Ability to work with a strong safety-minded culture, in a temperature controlled environment Operating automated packaging equipment, shipping and receiving All eligible candidates MUST pass the following pre-employment screenings before they can be hired to Caterpillar: Background Screening Drug Screening Post-Offer Medical Questionnaire - clearance from Corporate Medical Basic Requirements Ability to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds for intervals of 15-30 minutes Walk, squat and bend over for intervals of 15-30 minutes, with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to stand for 8 consecutive hours Ability to work overtime, often on short notice Top Candidates Will Also Have Experience with operation of materials handling equipment - or willingness to be trained Previous distribution center, warehouse, and/or order filling experience What to Expect After Applying: *Applicants that meet the qualifications will receive a call from our talent acquisition team to talk through your qualifications and answer questions you may have.
