What you’ll be doing Own end-to-end recruiting for US GTM & Technical Non-Engineering RolesPartner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand talent needs, hiring priorities, and ideal candidate profiles Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, referrals, and outbound recruiting strategies Drive high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle Manage offer negotiations and help close top talent in a competitive market Bring talent market insights, compensation intelligence, and competitive hiring data to stakeholders Ensure hiring velocity, funnel health, and strong process rigor across all searches What you bring to the role 10+ years of recruiting experience with significant exposure to US GTM hiring Strong track record hiring for SaaS / AI / enterprise technology companies Deep expertise hiring Sales, CS, SE, and broader GTM talent Strong sourcing capability with LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray search, talent intelligence platforms, and modern AI sourcing tools Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills Ability to operate independently with urgency, ownership, and high accountability Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-changing startup environments #J-18808-Ljbffr OBSERVE, LLC
