Job Description What You’ll Do as a Team Lead: As a Team Lead, you’ll be the go-to person on shift. You’ll help keep the store running smoothly while delivering excellent customer experiences. Qualifications Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Positive, customer-focused attitude Strong attendance and punctuality Basic math and cash-handling skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to run a shift at least 3 times per week Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Facial tattoos are not permitted.
