• Lead an academic outpatient clinic in partnership with an FQHC-affiliated care model

• Guide the outpatient ambulatory curriculum

• Provide oversight for clinic faculty attendings

• Teach residents, medical students, and other learners
\n
• Coordinate resident evaluations in the clinic
\n
• Maintain primary care provider assignments
\n
• Support a stimulating learning environment for residents and students
\n

• Work with an Internal Medicine residency program that trains categorical and preliminary residents

Candidate Requirements:\n
• MD or DO
\n
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine
\n
• Connecticut medical license or eligibility
\n
• Minimum of 5 years of academic experience
\n
• Eligible for faculty appointment with an affiliated medical school

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
\n
• Interest in resident education, ambulatory curriculum development, faculty oversight, and academic clinic leadership
