Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments during initial consultations, documenting clients' histories and presenting concerns for effective treatment planning.

• Design personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ unique needs, monitoring their mental, behavioral, and emotional health throughout the therapeutic process.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group counseling sessions to provide psychoeducation and foster support among clients.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure integrated care solutions and effective referrals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas is required.

• Successfully passed the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

Preferred Experience\n

• An in-depth understanding of psychotropic medications and their effects as prescribed by medical professionals.
