1 Hartsfield Centre Pkwy Atlanta, GA, 30354 Skills Assisting guests in a sincere and courteous manner Registering and processing guests promptly upon arrival and departure Verifying that all charges to guest accounts made during the day are correct Demonstrating a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel Completing all credit card transmittal, direct bills, and no-show billings for the day Preparing all daily, monthly and yearly reports required by the property Using sales techniques to effectively sell the property Answering telephone calls professionally Understanding and applying all hotel safety and security procedures Keeping immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance Responsible for check-in, checkout, selling skills, computer operation, telephones, tasks at the front desk Responsible for maintaining supplies for the hotel gift shop Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 8 hour shift, holidays, night shift, weekends as needed Work Setting: In-person Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
