Closing Processor / Escrow Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused Residential Closing Processor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing residential real estate transactions from contract to close, ensuring all necessary documents are accurate, complete, and in compliance with state and federal regulations. You will work closely with real estate agents, lenders, buyers, sellers, and attorneys to deliver a seamless and professional closing experience. Key Responsibilities: Review purchase agreements and open new title orders. Coordinate all aspects of the closing process, including communication with lenders, agents, and clients. Order and review title commitments, payoffs, HOA estoppels, surveys, and other necessary documents. Prepare closing disclosures and settlement statements in accordance with lender instructions. Ensure all documents are accurate and complete. Schedule and facilitate closings with clients and agents. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction.
