Whether youre advancing your career or growing your skillset, we are here to drive you forward.Role ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate Inventory Associates to execute daily operational tasks efficiently.Maintain display areas and work-in-process zones to ensure cleanliness, organization, and security.Oversee vehicle receiving, scanning, and reconciliation for accurate inventory records.Conduct cosmetic inspections and verify saleable inventory meets company standards and prepare vehicles for customer delivery, ensuring compliance with CarMax Final Quality StandardsFacilitate vehicle movement on and off the lot, supporting operational flow.Deliver outstanding customer service and act as a resource for associates and customers.Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.Required QualificationsAbility to read, interpret, and transcribe data for accurate record-keeping.Proven capability to collaborate across departments and lead team efforts effectively.Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied conditions, including outdoor environments.Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the pletion of CarMax training in all inventory functions, enabling cross-training and full departmental coverage.Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed.About CarMaxAt CarMax, we revolutionized the used car buying experience over 30 years ago by introducing transparency and integrity into the process. For 8 hours of pay for each of a total of 6 paid scheduled holidays per year plus 1 floating holiday. If such an Associate does work on a scheduled holiday due to business need, they are eligible for Holiday Premium Pay.
