Confirm they understand the role requirements and are committed to completing compliance requirements in a timely manner. Confirm housing has been reviewed and secured (or can be secured) for the assignment location. SSN and DOB required at time of submission. Provide 2 3 interview availability windows with submission. RTO and start date must be confirmed and accurate at time of submission. Up to 5 non-holiday RTO days may be auto-approved. Candidate must work 2 of the 3 major holidays. Required certifications must be included based on the job/unit description. AHA and Red Cross certifications accepted. RQI cards are not accepted.
