QA & Compliance Pharmacist — Sterile Compounding Expert

Remedy

Remedy, with Thirty Madison now part of the group, seeks a QA/Compliance Pharmacist to own the quality system for our 503A compounding pharmacy in Texas. You will author SOPs, train staff, and ensure readiness for inspections and accreditation, including USP standards and DEA/state-board requirements. You will design environmental monitoring, qualification programs, and manage licensure, audits, and supplier qualification while defending quality decisions under scrutiny. #J-18808-Ljbffr Remedy
