Quality System Manager

We are looking for an Install Quality Manager to take ownership of installation quality across the board. This is a hands-on leadership role for a licensed HVAC pro with 10+ years in the trade who knows how to spot a problem before it becomes a callback - and knows exactly how to fix it What you'll own: Quality control on every install: office/on-call coverage in Dallas The go-to resource for Project Managers on escalated technical questions - the "how" and the "what now" Building and maintaining the team's HVAC (and plumbing-adjacent) knowledge bank Managing inspectors, including virtual inspectors, to keep quality consistent across every job What you bring: Active HVAC license (required) Working plumbing knowledge - license not required, but you know your way around a system 10+ years of real, in-field HVAC experience Sharp organizational and people-management skills - you keep things running, not just yourself #J-18808-Ljbffr Lee's Air, Plumbing, Heating, & Roofing
