We are seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Receptionist with prior experience in a medical office. Position is at office located at the Hialeah Hospital. OB experience preferred. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming patients, managing appointments, handling phone calls, and ensuring smooth front office operations. English & Spanish a required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office front desk role - OB exp preferred
  
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills
  
  
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
  
  
• Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  
  
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in patients
  
  
• Schedule and confirm appointments
  
  
• Answer phones and route calls appropriately
  
  
• Verify insurance and collect co-pays
  
  
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
