Key Responsibilities\n

You will work with clients across different age groups and cultural backgrounds, emphasizing culturally competent care tailored to their unique life experiences and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating effective therapy skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport with clients and collaboration with colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 per year, along with an enticing sign-on bonus.
