We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to shape and lead integrated marketing and communications efforts for a mission-focused organization in St. Paul, Minnesota. This hybrid leadership role combines strategic planning, brand stewardship, audience engagement, and team development in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate brings strong business judgment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to translate organizational priorities into effective multi-channel campaigns.

Responsibilities:
• Create and lead comprehensive marketing, communications, and stakeholder outreach plans that align with organizational goals and audience needs.
• Advise senior leaders on messaging strategy and serve as a trusted partner for high-impact communication initiatives across the organization.
• Direct brand positioning, editorial quality, and content development to ensure a consistent voice across all public-facing and internal materials.
• Oversee communication efforts across digital platforms, internal channels, publications, social media, events, paid promotions, and external audience engagement.
• Track campaign outcomes, interpret performance data, and recommend improvements that strengthen reach, engagement, and overall effectiveness.
• Manage daily operations for the marketing and communications function, including workflow coordination, budgeting, vendor oversight, and resource planning.
• Lead, coach, and support a team of five marketing and communications professionals, fostering growth, accountability, and strong execution.
• Collaborate with digital content and user experience leaders to deliver cohesive and audience-centered experiences across communication touchpoints.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, or a closely related discipline.

• 10 plus years of progressively responsible experience in marketing, communications, public relations, content strategy, journalism, or a similar field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading and developing people in a workplace setting.

• Demonstrated ability to build and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies that support organizational objectives.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to work across teams, build stakeholder relationships, and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and leadership capabilities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and contemporary communication and collaboration tools.

• Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree and experience in healthcare, certification, nonprofit, association, or other mission-driven environments, along with familiarity with analytics, reporting, and change management efforts.
