Commercial Litigation Associate

The Dallas office of Cozen O’Connor seeks a litigation attorney with at least three years of experience. The ideal candidate will be self‑motivated and a team player with extensive experience in all facets of commercial litigation. The attorney will manage a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including insurance defense, personal injury, and business disputes. Must demonstrate hands‑on experience throughout all phases of litigation, including conducting legal research, drafting briefs, attending hearings and mediations, responding to, and objecting to discovery, and taking or defending depositions. A working knowledge of litigation reporting for insurance clients is preferred. Excellent writing and analytical skills and academic credentials are required. Must have a license in good standing in Texas.
