Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $54.31

What You'll Do:

• Provide expert nursing care to neonatal patients in the NICU setting
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members and family members
• Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with healthcare standards
• Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition
• Support unit goals related to quality, safety, and patient satisfaction
• Adhere to hospital policies and regulatory requirements

What You Need:

• Current Louisiana RN license
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Neonatal Resuscitation Certification (NRP)
• At least 2 years of NICU nursing experience
• Strong organizational, judgment, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
