Frederick Fox is a boutique, privately owned executive search firm specializing in Accounting & Finance, Technology, and Sales & Operations roles from Senior Leadership to C‑Suite. We operate with a recruiter‑first model built for experienced professionals who want autonomy, high earnings, and a team that actually supports them.

Job Responsibilities
This role is for true agency recruiters.
- Manage and grow your own book of business
- Drive client relationships, candidate pipelines, and executive‑level searches
- Collaborate with senior recruiters on shared searches to maximize speed, quality, and placement success
- Operate with full autonomy while contributing to a high‑performing, supportive team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of agency recruiting experience
- Proven success running a full desk
- Strong communication, business development, and executive‑level search skills
