About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Business Development for the aviation aftermarket. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in driving the next phase of commercial growth and is suited to an entrepreneurial executive with a strong background in the aviation aftermarket ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the global business development strategy, building and strengthening relationships with key aviation stakeholders, and identifying strategic opportunities for partnerships, acquisitions, and commercial growth. A proven track record in sourcing and closing complex commercial opportunities, as well as the ability to lead high-value negotiations, is essential. Applicants must have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the aviation industry, with a focus on business development, commercial strategy, or executive leadership, and a robust network within the global aviation aftermarket. The role requires a strategic thinker who can balance long-term growth initiatives with day-to-day execution, and who is comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment. Strong negotiation, relationship-building skills, and executive presence are a must. Preferred experience includes leading large-scale commercial partnerships or acquisition initiatives, familiarity with inventory acquisition strategies, and experience in international markets. The position demands a candidate with a deep understanding of the aviation aftermarket, including work with airlines, MROs, leasing companies, suppliers, distributors, or related aviation organizations.
