Summary MaineHealth Behavioral Health provides transitional residential treatment for adults, navigating mental health challenges across 12 programs from York to Belfast. As a Residential Care Worker, you will support residents’ day to day as they build skills, follow treatment plans, and strengthen community connections that promote recovery and reduce stigma. Description MaineHealth Behavioral Health Behavioral Health Req #: 53716 Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs) Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. License/Certifications: Current certification as an Active Certified Residential Medication Aide required. Current certification as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician 1 (MHRT 1) must be obtained within one year of employment. Valid Driver’s License preferred. Experience: Experience working in a residential setting preferred.
